About us
BuySideloadersUAE ("we", "us", "our") is a sideloader trailer sourcing service registered in the United Arab Emirates. We help operators source, inspect, and purchase sideloader trailers from sellers across the UAE.

Our service
What we do: We are a sourcing intermediary. We help you find sideloader trailers that match your specifications, coordinate inspections, and facilitate introductions to sellers. We are not a manufacturer, dealer, or owner of the equipment we present.
What we don't do:
We don't own the equipment we source
We don't take payment for equipment on behalf of sellers (you pay sellers directly)
We don't provide warranties on the equipment
We don't provide financial, legal, or tax advice
Eligibility to use our service
To use our service, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have legal authority to enter into business transactions
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Use the service for lawful purposes only
We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.
How our service works
When you submit a quote request:
We review your requirements and search our network for matching units
We send you a shortlist of available sideloaders with photos, specs, and pricing
If you're interested in a specific unit, we facilitate an introduction to the seller
You inspect, negotiate, and complete the purchase directly with the seller
We coordinate documentation, transport, and delivery as needed
Our role is sourcing and coordination. The actual transaction is between you and the seller.
Fees
We charge a flat sourcing fee, payable only upon successful purchase completion. The exact fee is communicated in writing before any binding commitment is made.
You don't pay us:
To browse or receive shortlists
For inspection coordination (independent inspection costs are separate, paid directly to inspectors)
If you decide not to purchase
You pay us:
Our flat sourcing fee, only on successful completion of a purchase introduced through our service
Sourcing fees are non-refundable once a purchase is completed.
Equipment information accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to verify the equipment information we share with you, including:
Independent inspection reports (where available)
Hydraulic pressure tests
Service history documentation
Photographs of condition-critical components
However, we cannot guarantee:
That every detail provided by sellers is fully accurate
That equipment will perform as expected after purchase
That hidden defects don't exist
You are responsible for:
Conducting your own inspection and due diligence before purchase
Verifying ownership and legal status with the seller
Understanding the equipment's suitability for your specific operations
All decisions to purchase
We strongly recommend independent inspection before any purchase. We can coordinate this for you, but the inspection is conducted by independent third parties — we are not the inspector.
Transactions between you and sellers
When you purchase equipment introduced through our service:
The contract of sale is directly between you and the seller
Payment is made directly to the seller, not through us
The seller is responsible for delivering valid title and equipment as described
Disputes about equipment quality, ownership, or payment are between you and the seller
We will assist with reasonable mediation if disputes arise, but we are not a party to the sale and have no liability for the seller's performance.
Your obligations
You agree to:
Provide accurate information when submitting inquiries
Not misrepresent your identity, business, or purchasing intent
Not use our service to acquire equipment for illegal purposes
Complete the purchase you've committed to, in good faith
Pay our sourcing fee in full upon successful purchase
Treat sellers, our team, and inspection partners professionally
You will not:
Bypass our service to contact sellers we've introduced you to in order to avoid our sourcing fee
Submit fake or fraudulent inquiries
Interfere with the operation of our website
Copy, scrape, or reproduce our website content without permission
Use our service to harass, defame, or harm any third party
Intellectual property
All content on buysideloadersuae.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is owned by BuySideloadersUAE or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes related to evaluating our service. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without consent
Create derivative works from our content
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
We are not liable for:
Equipment defects, performance issues, or failures
Seller misrepresentations or breaches
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Lost profits, business interruption, or operational losses
Damages arising from third-party services (inspection, transport, registration)
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our service is limited to the amount of sourcing fees you've paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This limitation doesn't apply to:
Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Liabilities that cannot be excluded under UAE law
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuySideloadersUAE, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your breach of these Terms
Your misuse of our service
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any false information you provide
Service availability
We aim to keep our website and service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
Modify or discontinue parts of our service
Take the website offline for maintenance
Suspend service to specific users who violate these Terms
We're not liable for any losses caused by service unavailability.
